Welcome to Kirkland and Kenmore's Premier Martial Arts School. We provide specialized Martial Arts Programs incorporating various styles to build a well rounded martial artist. Our programs include material from the styles of Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Kenpo, Modern Self Defense, Kickboxing, Grappling, Mixed Martial Arts, Stranger Danger Awareness and Weapons Training. Our programs are unique because we emphasize greatly on character development by building life skills like Focus, Self Control, Self Discipline, Respect, Confidence, Courtesy, Responsibility and Perseverance right into our curriculum. We have two convenient locations to help serve you better. Our Totem Lake location in Kirkland, WA is located across the street from Ford of Kirkland in Totem Square Plaza. Our Finn Hill location is located on the border of Kirkland and Kenmore, WA right off of Juanita Drive on NE 153 Pl, accross from Arrowhead Elementary.

Modern Day Approach To Self-Defense

Elite Martial Arts is one of the only Martial Arts schools teaching Krav Maga in Kirkland, WA and the Seattle, WA area. Our instructors are certified and have trained with the highest level of Krav Maga instructors in the world, but are no longer affiliated with The Krav Maga National Training Center in LA.

Krav Maga is the Self-Defense System of the Israeli Defense Forces, and has been taught to hundreds of law enforcement agencies and thousands of civilians across the United States. Its claim to fame is that you can become very proficient in a short period of time.

Many of Hollywoods top stars, including Brendan Fraser, star of the Blockbuster hit "The Mummy" have traied in Krav Maga. The director of the film wanted Brendan to train in a realistic self defense system that had a "brutal directnes".

How Do I Get Started?

Getting started is simple. We host a 6 week course several times a year. The next course will be starting in March of 2010 and will be held on Tuesdays at 8pm. Call 425-820-KICK to pre-register for the 6 week course today. You will be introduced into the system it's basic movements and concepts.This class is for Men and Women who are trying Krav Maga for the first time. This is a hands on class, you will need workout clothes to attend.
